Thank you, thank you, thank you to you all who are participating at this extraordinary edition of Fresh, made of webinar and full of digital "meeting"! Being today the last day we thought abuot saying goodbye to you with 4 appointments!
Two of them will be during the first part of the day: at 11.00 a.m. a Keynote "Health and Safety: how far our freedoms goes?", at 12.00 p.m. an artistic performance "#Fresh Market#" or "The cultural background of tomato sauce", made by the italian artist Luigi Ciotta.
Instead, during the second part of the day, we'll have: at 14.00 p.m. an artistic talk - always with Luigi Ciotta - and at 14.30 p.m. a wrap up session in which we'll sum up all the key points of this week!

In the Keynote at 11.00 a.m. we're going to talk about the balance between human rights and freedom, even thinking about new models of sustainability, pioneering ideas and new resistance practices.

The speakers will be: Chiara Gusmeroli, an italian lawyer who works for the Bar of Lawyer (Rome) and who lived for many years abroad developing an in-depth knowledge about the problematics of legal issues to the circulation of good and services, and Sepher Sharifzadeh, artistic director of Nowrouzehonar Theatre Agency (Iran) who began his artistic career as artistic writer, puppeteer, clown and mime and who now makes much more.

During the performance at 12.00 p.m., #Fresh Market# or "The cultural background of tomato sauce", we're going to question the position of the Independant Artist during the current health crisis starting from some questions: Artist? Work? Does the artist work? Is being an artist a work? Public space? And many more.

Later, at 2.00 p.m., an artistic talk with the creator of this short show, Luigi Ciotta, in which we're going to talk about how the idea for this performance is born and about his idea of the relationship with the public, the social role of artists and that dignity value undermined by Covid-19.

The last appointment of the day, a wrap up session, sees a small recap of all the ideas and concepts we faced during these 4 days of Fresh Street.
The speaker will be Arianne Bieou, who is currently consultant and expert for European Capital of Culture and who previously coordinated IN SITU, European Platform for artistic creation in public space.

See you in a while with these last four super interesting appointments!
